About the Team

We are looking for an outstanding Sales leader to drive the continued success of our business across Workday's Medium Enterprise accounts in France.

About the Role


This incredible opportunity is focused on leading, coaching and mentoring Sales Managers and Account Executives selling Workday as a platform, across our key offerings of HCM, Financials, Business Planning and Analytics. As a highly visible leadership position within the region and as part of the regional leadership team, the role requires an individual who has demonstrable experience of consistent sales leadership, preferably in the business applications market or digital transformation.


Successful Senior Regional Sales Directors at Workday demonstrate a strong ability to drive account development, pipeline generation activities and manage an equitable territory distribution model where team members each have the opportunity to achieve their sales goals. They will also be highly capable of developing and managing executive relationships by conducting business driven discussions, whilst also lead negotiation planning, strategy and execution.


About You



~5+ years of field sales management experience as a SasS company, ideally focused on new business acquisition, with additional ~10+ years as a field sales representative
Experience selling cloud solutions where the sale is complex, transformation and value focused 
Experience in encouraging relationships with partners and alliances
Experience managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue/quota attainment
Experience as a leader in a team selling environment

Other Qualifications



Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape by staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you can effectively position Workday solutions within accounts
Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize on sales
Experience maintaining accurate forecasting data and business modeling for senior leadership
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
