Main responsabilities :

As Senior Sales Manager, you will manage customer interface and you will be the lead of all commercial discussions.

In details, you will :

- Ensure project target achievement in conformity with commercial contracts

- Develop project profitability and ensure follow-up (Control of EBIT and P&L reporting at all phases during lifetime and after sales)

- Build business development and marketing plans

- Ensure project team coordination

- Guarantee customer satisfaction in respect of company internal targets

- Take the lead on RFQ reply

- Report all KPI to Management

- Manage Sales team

Requirements :

Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales position, within automotive industry

Strong technical knowledge in electronics

Strong experience as team manager

Customer oriented, good relationship skills, strategic mindset, cross functional management experience

English fluent
