Working as part of a Finance team, in a context of product sales, service offering and project management for our robotics division, you will be responsible for managing two Controllers on product and service issues for our customers, and will participate in the development of the company's internal control system.
You will be responsible for performance measurement, closing and reporting quality, forecasts and internal control.
The quality of your indicator measurements and the relevance of your analyses will enable you to identify the causes of variances and propose corrective actions.
As a true "Business Partner" for management, you understand the nature of the company and are involved in its day-to-day activities, working with and supporting the local management team to achieve profitable growth.

Your responsibilities

Contribute to the definition of the local division strategy. Serve as a key partner to the relevant business manager in determining the strategy for the area of responsibility, aligning it with the overall strategy, implementing it and making further adjustments as necessary.
Maintain constant contact with management and relevant stakeholders regarding the financial, market and customer situation and outlook.
Translate strategy into business plans and set measurable objectives.
Oversee the business planning and estimating process for the area of responsibility.
Assess financial implications of various strategic decisions, develop scenarios and recommend actions.
Advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve them.
Ensure appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency.
Closely manage and monitor cash flow, and take steps to improve net working capital.

Your background

At least 10 years' experience in B-to-B services as a Management Controller in the industrial sector.
Management experience, customer focus and proven ability to anticipate market trends and understand the challenges of our projects.
Good interpersonal skills, leadership, coaching and change management skills.
Minimum Master 2 (Bac+5) in finance and accounting.
SOX skills, good understanding of budget analysis tools
Fluent written and spoken English.
Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
