Role context
Constellium is a young, ambitious and a well-kept secret within the aluminum industry. We are deeply committed to investing in our human capital to ensure that we succeed together while embracing the challenges ahead. To this end we have created this specific role to support our global and local Finance Leadership teams to help meet and exceed some of those challenges. Specifically, we are undergoing a multi-year organizational change program that will result in changes to our operating model & delivery aspirations – this change will affect our team in terms of our people, processes, systems structure and culture.
We are looking for a seasoned business partner who can support this change effort, who has the capacity to challenge and persuade as well as strategically supporting the global finance function in the years ahead.
The role holder will work closely with the local & global HR community – in particular the global Talent function.
