Role context


Constellium is a young, ambitious and a well-kept secret within the aluminum industry. We are deeply committed to investing in our human capital to ensure that we succeed together while embracing the challenges ahead. To this end we have created this specific role to support our global  and local Finance Leadership teams to help meet and exceed some of those challenges. Specifically, we are undergoing a multi-year organizational change program that will result in changes to our operating model & delivery aspirations – this change will affect our team in terms of our people, processes, systems structure and culture.


We are looking for a seasoned business partner who can support this change effort, who has the capacity to challenge and persuade as well as strategically supporting the global finance function in the years ahead. 


The role holder will work closely with the local & global HR community – in particular the global Talent function.


Key responsabilities


Organizational effectiveness



Support the design and deployment of our ‘Finance of Tomorrow (FoT)’ program in concert with Program Manager
Drive key activities from organizational design/ benchmarking to competency model definition
Define and support required behavioral shifts consistent with the change agenda
Coach and develop Finance leadership in supporting teams embrace and plan for change

Talent




Enable Finance Leadership map out relevant talent attraction strategies From college recruitment, internal transfers (opportunistic / promotions/ bubble assignments) to identifying external talent pools.


Oversee the entire new hire lifecycle from interview to on-boarding
Deploy appropriate assessment tools to drive quality of hire through consistent use by hiring managers
Support equitable & inclusive hiring by building a diverse network to support our long-term growth ambitions



Coach and develop the Finance Leadership Team and their partners.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Embed Multipliers based leadership



Actively support the global talent review (GTR) semiannual process
Determine individualized / group development plans  
Facilitate internal talent moves / opportunity identification



Drive meaningful engagement through practical action planning Leverage & drive Finance commitments consistent with the biannual global employee survey (GES)

Define and implement the Learning and Development strategy for the Finance community in collaboration with local HR

Performance Review process
Ensure clear goal setting standards, consistent performance ratings and actionable career conversations
Identify current and future top talents and design appropriate retention strategies


Support the broader global talent agenda

Reward


Support leadership determine suitable total reward makeup for varying finance roles by market as necessary

Ideal profile:


Experience



10+ years’ experience in business partnering with change / organizational design exposure
Demonstrated record in supporting global facing teams
Global experience preferred - either working overseas or being part of an international organization.
Proven ability to move between strategic thinking and operational excellence with a focus on quality and execution.
Established ability to quickly establish trust and credibility amongst stakeholders

Skills



Pragmatic and Proactive
Can readily influence and collaborate with all levels of leadership
A resourceful, committed and caring partner who operates with deep integrity

Other



BS/BA degree required; Master’s degree a plus
Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, potential for international travel
English proficiency a must - written and verbal. Other languages (French, German) highly desirable
