IT Finance Expert

As a member of the global IT entreprises applications team, the IT Finance Expert will support the Constellium Finance transformation program and contribute in projects execution as an expert of Finance area, delivering study and implementing new solutions across the organization.

Being an important pillar of Constellium’s Central IT department, the Enterprise Application group provides business support, transformation and growth by setting up and supporting business applications in the scope of Global ERP and other applications, in all the main business domains (Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics).

Key Accountabilities

Contribute to Finance Transformation program, implementation of new systems and reporting initiatives
Project management: Ability to manage IT Finance projects execution 
Bring IT Finance expertise in the scoping and design of projects
 Work closely with the Finance business teams to structure the demand from requirements to implementation according to compliance rules
Secure the proper implementation of developments & operations.
Ensure seamless integration between domain functions, operations and 3rd party suppliers.

Leadership Competencies, Technical Skills and Requirements

Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and/or Finance applications
Good understanding of Finance processes and in managing respective applications.
Excellent organizational, administrative and soft skills with the ability to multitask.
Proactive, open minded and flexible personality with experience in working on a matrix environment.
Bachelor’s Degree required in Technology or Finance, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experiences in an international IT environment
Fluent in French & English
