Business Development Export Finance H/F

1. Contributes to the identification of transactions involving ECA products in collaboration with European ECA desks primarily, with a focus on energy transition

2. Works with European desks on devising strategies for their client portfolio in relations to ECA supported energy transition investment

3. Coordinates for Export Finance with sectors invoved primarily in energy transition

Your main responsibilities:

– Origination Europe

• Develop Business development strategy together with European EF desks

• Support origination, devise client solutions and prepare pitch materials together with European EF teams.

– Coordinates sector interaction for the Export Finance business line.

• Participates in ERA, GCO etc relevant sectorial calls and circulate relevant information to the EF teams

• Promotes the ECA solutions to the ERA and CLF sectors

• Ensure that main sectorial evolutions/ bank’s target are well known to the EF global network

• Ensures ECA solutions proposed by Export Finance are part of the debt advisory solutions presented to clients by CACIB

– Works with Paris Export Finance Head office on ad-hoc opportunities.

• In conjunction with head of PSAM, develops an offering aligned with new ECA products

• Lead the effort on new commercial initiatives, as directed by Global Head EF

– Miscellaneous.

• Conducts information sessions destined for external and internal clients

Based in Paris – France

Your skills:

5-8 years’ experience in export finance or related field
Sound knowledge of ECAs and the EF ecosystem.
International experience is an asset.
Knowledge of structured financings
Strong communication skills
Teamplayer
Autonomy
Ability to build strong business cases
Strong rigor and organizational skills
French and English proficiency
