About this opportunity!


Trade Compliance Global Operations scope is securing adherence with applicable trade compliance laws and regulations by detecting and eliminating relevant risks for the Ericsson legal entities operations. The role includes advising and guiding the Business and Market Areas on Trade Compliance related matters (Customs, Import/Export Controls, Sanctions and Embargoes).


Location: Massy (France)


What you will do/main activities:



Secure Trade Compliance in all applicable process areas (e.g. Customer Support, Supply, Sales, Sourcing....);
Provide Trade Compliance subject matter expertise (“coaching and mentoring” to other process areas and organizations);
Exercise trade compliance expertise to define which authorizations are required for different types of contracts, agreements, financial set-ups, and contractual terms and conditions.
Define Trade Compliance requirements in the main areas (Customer Support, Supply, Sales, Sourcing....) and processes (Import, Export and Transfer of HW, SW, services and technology);
Internal Compliance Program (ICP) issuing and deploy.
Import and Export process setting up, maintenance and full ownership.
Import/export licenses applications and maintenance.
Implementing procedures, processes and system functionalities to secure trade compliant business operations.
Design, development and implementation of changes and improvements to ways of working, processes and solutions.
Training and competence transformation;

Education and Work experience:



Graduate degree and-or min 10 years of experience in similar role/context.
Proven work experience in the area of Export/Import Control (Dual Use regulation).
Proven work experience in the area of Customs.
