If our root and our heart is in the South of France, we are quickly expanding and are for example opening a permanent office in Miami.


With a growing client base and expanding global demand especially in the SaaS offer, it is now a strategic priority to have a proper structure of the Finance department and monitor growth with our existing and future financial partners. We also need to onboard a leader that could improve the ways we monitor our different lines of Businesses (Saas, Services & Distribution) around our different geos.




We're therefore seeking a talented and visionary Head of Finance, Control & Strategic Planning to join our dynamic team and play a key role in our continued growth.




THE POSITION


 


As the Head of Finance, Control & Strategic Planning at Frequentiel, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and follow operations, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organization. You will have the opportunity to shape and drive financial initiatives and provide critical insights to support our business's growth and transformation.


RESPONSIBILITIES


 


· Financial Strategy: Contribute to build and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with our growth objectives and mission defined by company Shareholders.




· Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process and conduct regular financial forecasting to guide decision-making and resource allocation.




· Financial Reporting: Produce comprehensive financial reports and analysis, providing insights to the executive team and stakeholders.




· Operational Excellence: Streamline and optimize financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and compliance, to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Find and implement solutions and processes when missing to boost efficiency and secure accuracy.




·  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal, strategic & financial risks and implement strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health with the support of external partners.




· Investor Relations: Foster positive relationships with investors, providing them with transparent and accurate financial information.




· Corporate Development: Anticipate and co-lead corporate development initiatives, including preparing for potential debt or fundraising, mergers, or acquisitions.




· Team Leadership: Lead an already existing finance team that is highly motivated and is waiting for caring and inspiring management to help reinforce Finance department role and impact.




· Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements in a context of Frequentiel expansion in new geos (United-States, MEA, …).




· Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial insights and analysis to influence and inform strategic decision-making.




THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE 


·  Proven experience as a financial leader in the Tech or SaaS Industries and/or a solid and successful background in the Transaction Services or Audit field.


· Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies, from long-term guidance to close follow-up and management of operational projects.


· Leadership and team management skills, being at the same time kind, demanding and inspiring.


· Seniority and maturity to work as equals with Frequentiel leadership team and report to Shareholders.


· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


· Good communication skills in French and in English both written & oral, with the capacity to convey complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
