Job Description Summary
The EMEA Cash Projects Manager is an integral member of the EMEA HQ Cash team and is responsible for leading all aspects of the EMEA cash transformation and continuous improvement across HC EMEA. In this role you will partner with the EMEA HQ Cash team and the operational leaders across the region and globally to implement and drive all EMEA cash projects. The candidate will build strategies and offer recommendations substantiated with data and can lead the delivery of implementation of such recommendations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced global environment where new ideas are encouraged. This role will report to the EMEA Cash Leader.

Job Description
Leader with proven ability to navigate through an organization to “get things done”, set strategic direction and define priorities. Effective in managing/influencing remote/virtual teams.
Ability to monitor existing cash transformation projects including the standardization of billing terms and payment terms across the EMEA region.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to apply in a practical way, to balance between addressing root cause and introducing changes in fast order to help accelerate cash.
Excited with change and has successful track record in driving change in complex environment.
Design and work with the cross functional Stakeholders to implement a Continuous Improvement program as a sustained discipline and practice within EMEA.
Leader who is open embraces new ways of working and technology. A focus will be implementing electronic invoicing and auto-payment methods across EMEA region.
Ability to drive Change Management within all levels of GE, building buy in through listening and responding to potential concerns.
Data driven and oriented, with ability to focus on key elements that drive difference.
Collaborates and influences cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, to drive change.
Participate in Operating and Steering Meetings to provide timely and transparent status updates and manage delivery risks … high level of communication skills required.
Support the EMEA HQ Cash team with quarter close activities including managing the estimation and reporting of the Net Accrual estimates through collaboration with the regional controllership teams.
Responsible for coordinating the cash elements of the Financial Reporting Package (FRP) during the Quarter close period including past dues and key top past due customers.
