The Opportunity

As Manager Financial Shared Services located in Saran, France, you will :

•    Be an integral part of the European Shared Services Team

•    Lead a team of Finance and Payroll professionals located in Saran and Arc-les-Gray

•    Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the John Deere entities and reporting units located in France

•    Ensure compliance with enterprise and local reporting standards

•    Drive standardization, centralization and continuous improvement of financial and payroll processes 

•    Be a trusted Business Partner to your internal customers and the operation leaders in France

•    Actively contribute to the community of John Deeres European Finance Leaders

About you

For this exciting role, you will bring :

•    Business administration degree, preferably with a major in Finance, Accounting or Controlling

•    Extensive work experience in financial reporting

•    Demonstrated experience with leading people

•    Knowledge of US-GAAP as well as French Accounting and Reporting Standards

•    Passion for process improvement

•    High engagement and motivation to lead teams through transformational changes
