We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, a Finance Operations Associate M/F (6 months internships)

The Team

The Finance and Accounting team drives Kayrros global finance operations, providing support to Management on a wide range of topics from business planning, reporting and day to day operations.

We’re looking for a curious, organized, and rigorous person who is willing to learn and seeks opportunities to do things faster and more accurately.

You will be responsible for supporting Kayrros’ day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate outputs. Compile and maintain data needed to effectively monitor and report status of various financial needs.

What you will do

Prepare monthly P&L and perform variance analysis by supplier
Participate in our accounting monthly close and daily operations
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of our employee time-tracking
Provide to payroll team monthly input regarding holidays, expenses and lunch voucher
Support on updating our weekly Sales reports, maintain our CRM data as accurate as possible.
Assist on improving Finance & Accounting team’s tool and internal processes
Ad-Hoc support on grant RFP

Profile

This is an ideal opportunity if you are looking for a six-month contract starting asap, and you want to join a fast-growing start-up.

You are currently in your last year of finance studies
A first internship in a challenging environment (fast growing start-up, top-tier management consulting, audit firm) is a plus
You have a strong problem solving and analytical skills: proven ability to break problems down into components and propose solutions
Autonomy, accountability, honesty, team-working and good communication skills define you
Your level of English is fluent (mandatory)
You have good skills in Excel
