We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, a Senior Finance & Sales Analyst H/F

The Team

The Finance and Accounting team drives Kayrros global finance operations, providing support to Management on a wide range of topics from business planning, reporting and day to day operations.

We’re looking for a curious, organized, and rigorous person who is willing to learn and seeks opportunities to do things faster and more accurately.

You will be responsible for supporting Kayrros’ day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate outputs. Compile and maintain data needed to effectively monitor and report status of various financial and Sales Team needs.

What you will do

Prepare and participate in the forecasting process including Yearly Budget and Long Term Business Plan
Prepare monthly P&L and perform variance analysis
Analyze costs, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Conduct reviews and evaluations with operational managers for cost-management forecast including cost reduction opportunities
Prepare KPIs and financial reports.
Assist project teams with financial guidance (Grants, CIR….).
Participate in our accounting monthly close and daily operations
Participate to our accounting quarterly and yearly closing process
Liase with our accounting providers and auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.
Assist on improving Finance & Accounting team’s tool and internal processes
Prepare the weekly cash flow reporting and prepare cashflow forecast
Support on updating our weekly Sales reports,
Maintain our CRM data as accurate as possible.
Maintain our Sales Dashboard (Tableau) data as accurate as possible
Ad-Hoc support to Sales Team for Financials items for some proposals

Profile

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting
First experience (3+) in a challenging environment (fast growing start-up, top-tier management consulting, audit firm)
Experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Working knowledge of financial strategies.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Autonomy, accountability, honesty, team-working
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, Power Point)
Strong skills on CRM and Tableau will be a plus
Your level of French and English is fluent
