SAP R2R Finance Consultant

SAP R2R requirements:

x1 Functional track Lead profile – 10 to 15 years’ experience. Lead workshops, skilled in the following sub domains.

X1 Functional consultant profile – 6 to 8 years experience, strong R2R skills around SAP FICO.

French speaking is mandatory

Client location:

Paris (near La Defense), initially 5 days a week with possibility of flexibility after 4 months

Contract Duration: 6 months (likely to get extended up to max 12 months)

Job Description

What you'll do:

Lead discussions and workshops with business stakeholders to analyze and document current R2R processes.

Identify opportunities for improvement and value generation through end-to-end process assessments.

Accountable for business alignment for solution and data

Maintaining and updating the core business deliverables related to R2R: business process flows, BPML, User Stories.

Contributes to Change Management (OCM) in Change Impact Identification for the R2R Business

Authoring Business Process Design documents

Supporting the data migration mapping.

Coordinate and facilitate the R2R Track UAT which will be executed by the Business.

Provide R2R inputs to the Business Cutover Strategy and the Business Cutover Plan; and support the Business in their cutover execution

Champion the development of a fit-to-standard S/4HANA record to report template, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Design and develop user-friendly templates for supplier integrator teams, fostering seamless information flow.

Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Possess an in-depth understanding of S/4HANA finance processes and their functionalities.

Leverage excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, effectively translating business language into technical design.

You're a great fit if you have:

10+ years of experience in financial process improvement or related field.

Proven ability to lead and facilitate business process discussions and workshops.

Strong understanding of record to report (R2R) processes.

In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA finance functionalities.

A native French speaker

Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration or integration projects.C

Expertise in designing and developing user-friendly templates.
