Trade Marketing eCommerce Manager (contract)


Job Description


Be part of the outstanding LEGO adventure and help us offer to always more children an extraordinary and qualitative play experience! 


As a member of the France-Iberia omnichannel Trade Marketing team, this role is a fantastic opportunity to improve the LEGO brand presence and visibility instore and online. 


Please note:  




This is a parental cover contract starting as soon as possible until June 2024. 


Our hybrid working model is: 3 days office/2 days home

Core Responsibilities 




On a France – Spain – Portugal perimeter: 



Responsible for the development of the eCommerce activation yearly calendar (locally adapted from Western Europe framework).  


Owns and drives campaigns planning.  


Responsible for the retail media campaigns (budget and strategy per retailer) in direct contact with agencies.  


Equips eCommerce Channel Managers with campaign asset toolbox to execute with excellence. 


Works closely with Brand Managers to ensure strong upper funnel to lower funnel integration. 


Bring the outside in – proactively look for retail marketing innovations in the e-Commerce and Omni-channel spaces. 





Play your part in our team succeeding 


The Trade marketing team is responsible for the shopper experience and the LEGO  brand expression on salespoints (physical or online). It defines, develops and implement the activation strategy of all the LEGO franchises on offline and online distribution channels. 


This role reports to the Trade Marketing Director France-Iberia and will contribute to the Trade Marketing activity by ensuring high quality of the execution and checking performance of the campaigns deployed on an omnichannel scope.  




Do you have what it takes? 



Several years of marketing experience, including eCommerce and/or other digital marketing experience, ideally for a premium consumer goods brand, digital agency or online retailer. Proven experience within a retail/eCommerce marketing role. 


Complete understanding of the conversion tunnel, the digital retail landscape and eCommerce and omnichannel dynamics. 


A passion and genuine curiosity for the world of eCommerce and future emerging trends. 






A strong collaborator across subject areas and hierarchies to effectively steer a wide range of internal and external partners. 


Takes initiative, recognises and acts on opportunities. Fact-based and insights driven working style. 


Drive for results – desire to drive productive change, comfortable managing multiple projects, energy and ability to problem solve. 


Proficiency in English and proficiency in French (if based in Paris) or Spanish (if based in Madrid).
