Your role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll provide invaluable financial support to the French Dermatology and Thrombosis Businesses. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance, France, and play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic and operational plans by creating valuable insights through Business Analysis to ensure a second-to-none reporting level and strong decision-making support. You'll be a key player in delivering LEO's 2030 aspirations of revenue growth and EBIT margin in France.

Ensure alignment with stakeholders on priorities and meet service-level requirements. Discuss KPIs and business impact with business stakeholders, but you will also discuss data structure, analytical methods and tool landscape with analysts, data scientists and IT. 
Act as Single Point of Contact to our commercial stakeholders
Provide decision Support by providing high value adding services to influence and support management decisions in order to drive profitable business growth e.g. ROI analysis, opportunities for value creation etc. Collaborate with the Business Data and Analytics and the PSIO Business Finance Community to help standardize information management. 
Own Performance Management, including various management information reports related to the French business. 
Lead financial planning by delivering robust financial forecasts based on clear business assumptions

Cost Control delivering tight cost control and drive OPEX forecast accuracy-cy. Penetrate spend and identify cost saving opportunities / optimized resource allocation. Run monthly budget reviews with Country, Finance Director and cost center owners. Be a key value ambassador and enabler of ROI mindset.

Internal customer engagement; act as interface between business stakeholders and IT/Business Data and Analytics teams; understand and translate stakeholder needs to enable development of effective solutions and ways of working. 

In addition, you will facilitate supply integrity through deep understanding and analysis of market dynamics, delivering tight cost control and driving OPEX forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

We're seeking someone with a University Degree level education or equivalent in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Analyst & Data, and at least 5 years of financial business partnering experience.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications : 

•    Experience in management and audit consulting or big consulting firms

•    IT literate (advanced Excel, databases (SAP), PowerPoint, visualization tools such as Power BI)

•    Exceptionally strong analytical skills

•    Strong ability to communicate with and influence business leaders

A high level of integrity, exceptional customer focus mindset, and being a quick learner are personality traits that will be beneficial for this role.

The ideal candidate is not only good at managing data and data details, but can also impact the way we do things. This includes delivering of improvement ideas, and having a personality which can convince stakeholders and implement the ideas.

You will report to the Head of Finance in France and the Team is part of informal team of Global support functions. Part of PSIO Global Business Finance Team, composed of approximately  25 people.
