We are looking for an Finance Business Partner for our Factory, based in Vernouillet (28 Eure & Loir)

Your role

Our Finance Business Partner will BE responsible for Financial Management for our Vernouillet factory site. You will BE part of Vernouillet Site leadership and you will deliver below :
- Strategy : Participate actively in setting Strategic objectives including producing and sharing relevant financial information.
- Forecast : Define, structure and plan forecast process for the Vernouillet site.
- Reporting : Deliver relevant financial management reporting on Month, YTD, ROY and FYE.
- Performance Management : Implement KPIs that drives gap-closing actions.
- Decision support : Proactively participate and contribute to relevant value driving decisions with the Vernouillet site and across LEO in general.
- Product Costing model : Participate in the GPS BF general Product Costing model and ensure implementation and correct use in Vernouillet.
- Corporate Product Costing alignment : Provide training, communication and guidance for users and stakeholders. Proactive alignment and coordination with relevant process and system owners.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :
- Master's degree in finance or accounting (or the alike).
- Experience : More than 5 years of experience required within Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
- Industry : Pharmaceutical experience preferred - production experience is required.

Your new team

You will join a Finance global team and you will report directly to the Director of GPS Business Finance & Product Costing and you will work with Vernouillet Site Management and production Executives, Global Procurement, Inventory Accounting and other accounting teams, FMI /CFA teams & IT and Global Supply Chain
