Missions :

Sous la responsabilité d'un manager et dans un cadre entièrement digital (zéro papier) :

* Gérer les dépenses de ManoMano
- Factures fournisseurs : contrôle de la saisie effectuée par notre outil
- Notes de frais : contrôle des dépenses des salariés
- Voyages : contrôle des dépenses de voyage des salariés

* Participer à la clôture mensuelle et à son amélioration
- Calcul des écritures d'inventaire (FNP, CCA...)
- Participation à l'automatisation du reporting
- Contrôle et analyse des comptes

* Maintenir et co-construire le Système d'Information Finance
- Administration des outils liés aux dépenses (Yooz, Spendesk, Rydoo...)
- Participation aux projets de migration (2 projets en cours actuellement)

Formation et compétences :
- Licence 3 ou supérieur en Comptabilité (Licence GEA, Master CCA, DCG/DSCG...)
- Solides bases de comptabilité et fiscalité (TVA transfrontalière, écritures d'inventaire...)
- Maîtrise d'Excel (TCD, formules RechercheX...)
- Communication parfaite en Français à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Bonne compréhension orale et écrite en Anglais (langue officielle de ManoMano)
