HQ Accounting & Control Section Manager

HQ Accounting & Control SM, with multiple scope of accounting areas, including such as NAE other costs of sales for new vehicles (logistics, duty, etc.), Service contract Management in Europe, Battery recycling, tax accounting, project support on various finance projects, BS reconciliation, Prorex Key support user, Collaboration with French authorities on requests related to NAE financials.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Accounting & Control over other cost of sales related to new vehicles (outbound freight, duty, vehicle enhancement, etc.). Service Contracts management: prepaid services for vehicles maintenance sold to customers. Monitoring of accounting activity. Tool coordination and financial results reporting. PROREX management (Indirect purchasing system): Support for functions, guidance on the system, approval flow monitoring, USER profiles creation & modification approval. Support in projects related to Finance scope (PCRC, DOA, Prorex, G&A recharges in Europe) Battery recycling provision accounting and management. BP/Forecasting coordination for balance sheet accounts. Accounting for Corporate income tax / deferred taxes Balance sheet reconciliation under Cadency tool Communication with Banque de France on regular requests. Adhoc requests from direct Manager

Additional Job Description:

Participation in monthly accounting closing (5 first working days of the month) Quarterly financial audit deliveries within area of responsibility

Accounting experience – minimum 5 years

Master degree in Finance & accounting

English fluent

French upper intermediate/ fluent

SAP knowledge is a plus

Excel experienced user

Proactive, team- player, positive mindset, good analytical skills, adaptable to changes

Team management experience is a plus.
