Happily positioned between high fashion and formalwear, while taking reference from both, Paul Smith has always been proud to stand apart.As a Franchise & Trade Marketing Executive, you will be required to co-ordinate the following Franchise and Trade activities: marketing planning, creative development and activation for all Franchise markets in Eastern Europe, Asia, America, Middle East and Africa.The RoleCollate seasonal marketing plans and budgets for Franchise partners, making sure this is in line with contractual agreementsMaintain knowledge of Wholesale and Franchise territories ensuring regular competitor analysis is undertaken, to benchmark creative output or improve Paul Smith's positioning in the marketplaceCoordinate between the Paul Smith team, social media agency and partners for the digital ecosystem in ChinaEnsure that Franchise and Wholesale partners receive all seasonal assetsManage all imagery requests for Franchise and Wholesale partnersLiaise with the Press team to assist with Wholesale product sample requests. Keep a log of all product requests for both Wholesale and Franchise and manage all returnsAssist the Trade Marketing Manager with budget spends for Wholesale and raise purchase ordersCreate and maintain an archive for past and current projectsYour Skills and ExperienceFluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbalCredible experience of working with Franchise and Wholesale partners in a Marketing capacity for a fashion or lifestyle brandExperience working within Marketing or Sales in a fashion or distribution companyAble to operate a Mac and PC using MAC OS and Windows packages, advanced user of Microsoft Office SuiteAble to analyse and interpret financial data quickly and accuratelyStrong administration skills and experience working with confidential informationDesirable to have experience working with international Franchise partnersCommercial awarenessWho you areExcellent communication skills both written and verbalHighly systematic and methodical, able to produce accurate financial reportsExcellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsTeam worker who can build effective working relationships and be assertive when necessarySelf-motivated, organised, able to plan and prioritise to stay calm under pressureHas an interest in fashion with a knowledge of the international fashion marketAbility to work extended hours over busy periods and can travel for the role, if requiredWhat’s in it for youA generous clothing allowanceA discretionary discount on PSL goodsPrivate health insurance with VitalityAn annual leave entitlement of 25 days, plus Bank HolidaysCycle to work and travel loan schemesAt Paul Smith, we celebrate and encourage applications from all walks of life into our growing workforce.
