Global Procurement Performance & Finance Director

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

You will drive Procurement budget process to deliver highly performing COGS & Standard cost budget

You will monitor Direct & Indirect (5 Billion spend) Procurement performance on financial & extra-financial (ESG) performance.

You will strongly contribute to the financial & extra-financial Procurement performance by providing call-to-action recommendations to the Group based on advanced analytics, global commodity markets monitoring and cost modeling & cost simulation forecast.

You will consolidate Medium Term & Long Term Material requirement volumes to enable Global strategy

You will manage Global Master Data (supplier & product) processes and is accountable to develop Procurement Data accuracy

You will be in charge of driving Procurement budget process with affiliates to build COGS & Standard cost budget (c. 75% of COGS), by providing global inflation guidance per category & per affiliates

You will provide recommendations & performance advanced analytics to Global Procurement category teams, to senior LT management & affiliates such as :

Commodity markets monitoring & analytics

Global Procurement performance Dashboard

Category analytics

Should cost modeling & cost simulation forecast

Consolidated MT & LT volume vision

The position will report directly to the CPO

You have a 15+ years of experience in a similar position

You are a Highly experienced Finance professional

You have a successful, multi-year track record in a procurement organization

Advanced Finance knowledge

Very advanced Analytics

Should cost modeling & financial simulation

Strong ERP knowledge & analytics digital tools.

Very strong performance management

Provide guidance to CPO & COO to drive overall performance & deliver fact-based recommendations
