Group Operations Risk Manager

Want to join a global fast-moving company and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for an GroupOperations Risk Manager to ensure the Group’s assets protection and prevent crisis situations.

Your key missions:

You will preserve Pernod Ricard assets by assessing and pro-actively reducing Operations risks within the Group and the affiliates.

You will manage risk mapping across Operations:

You will establish and update a mapping of operational risks within the Group

You will record and analyze all “critical” incidents across operations

You will ensure risk mitigation plans are implemented

You will ensure the protection of the Group’s assets, in close relation with the broker:

You will build the Group strategy and roadmap to reduce risks

You will measure and map affiliates and sites risk robustness

You will drive the program of insurance engineering visits, and support affiliates with the implementation of insurer recommendations.

You will ensure industrial projects and acquisitions comply with insurer protection and mitigation rules

You will drive the Business Continuity strategy:

You will establish and update the Group policy and guidelines on Business Continuity

You will train functional leaders and assess affiliates preparedness to a potential disaster

You will ensure compliant recovery plans are in place and drive priority actions

You will ensure Operations crisis scenario are integrated within the Group crisis management process and will prepare affiliates to face Operations crisis.

You will support the “High Risk management” program and implement “High Risks” safety standards, work processes, prevention activities, and tools.
