We are seeking a Trade and Segment Marketing Manager for the South region with a can-do attitude and a drive to deliver results. A new team member to our fantastic B2B Marketing team, who will work with our Channel Account Managers and customers to deliver tangible results for our growing markets in France, Iberia, and Italy.


This role offers you an exciting chance to define and implement marketing strategies and plans for Sony’s Professional Displays and Solutions business in the segments like Corporate and Education. If successful, you will work closely with the sales colleagues in front of channel partners, end users, key influencers and the market place to achieve the business objectives.


We are a small, dynamic Trade and Marketing Communication team, part of the PD&S business unit looking after various vertical markets such as Corporate or Education. We are developing innovative products and solutions across the AV Market, which include Bravia B2B, Workplace Management Solutions, Business and Home Cinema projectors, video walls, SRG cameras etc.


You will:



Drive our product and solution portfolio in collaboration with channel partners and key end-users by developing the regional marketing plans and supporting the Sales team in delivering our financial targets
Collaborate with the Marcom team and the Segment champions on implementing the European plans, focusing on critical events and communication into the end-user market
Manage partner relationships locally and across Southern Europe
Plan and implement physical and digital events and campaigns to drive lead generation and channel engagement
Coordinate the A&P and MDF marketing budgets, the local demo inventory and the forecasting
Develop the “unmanaged” business in cooperation with the Distribution Account Manager
Cooperate with our European team and agency resources on our PR strategies
Manage customer data, opportunities and campaigns in our CRM system (Salesforce)

You will bring:



Trade marketing and marketing communications experience in the B2B high-tech Industry
Strong customer management and excellent communication skills
Experience in working in pan European Team
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and explore new challenges
Willingness to travel across Region and Europe
Proficiency in English and French, other European languages are a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian)
