Job description

As Senior Operations FP&A you will provide financial insights and business projections to the top management for decision support driving profitable growth.

You will report to our Head of FP&A.

In this key role for our business's success, your responsibilities are organized across 3 pillars :
- Become the International Operations FP&A expert, acting as a business partner with our International VP and Countries Managers.
- Act as a bridge between countries and finance teams to contribute to planning activities, providing accurate reporting, analysis and forecasts as well as 5-years strategic plan.
- Contribute to a world-class, scalable FP&A organization through system, tools and process leverage by bringing your business models insights at a central level and sharing best-practices at a country-level.

What will I BE doing?
- Serve as a business partner for International Markets by working closely with Countries' general managers and managing their full P&L (Topline, Costs, FTEs) and Investments.
- Lead business reviews, forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Perform monthly report variance analysis and communicate major impacts and key insights to Central FP&A on the business.
- Understand the challenges and providing local teams with financial guidance.
- Proactively identify, measure and communicate risks & opportunities.
- Provide finance decision support for Sales team and Operations team to drive delivery of operating plan.
- Improve reporting process in collaboration with local Finance teams and Operations teams.
- Contribute in new country expansion and new business lines integration (chart of accounts, relevant KPIs).

What do we need from you?
- Master's degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of 3+ years of experience in FP&A position or audit.
- Curiosity, ability to see \"big picture\" strategic view as well as details oriented.
- High motivation with the capacity to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Operating as a team player, able to effectively establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions of the organization within a culturally and operationally diverse organization.
- Excel expertise.
- Fluency in French and English.
