Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Financial Services & Credit Collection Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business results through the strategic use of financial services (FS) and credit collection management. Your primary focus will be on lifecycle management and promoting value-added FS products, such as Operating Lease, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a catalyst for change, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Technogym Credit Policy and managing financial services trading risk effectively.

Your Impact

Promote and enhance value-added FS products like Operating Lease to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for FS integration and expansion.
Assume responsibility for mitigating financial services trading risk in line with TG Credit Policy.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
Lead the orderly rollout of financial services agreements with partners.
Identify and onboard new potential FS partners to expand service offerings
Generate comprehensive financial services reports on book and off book.
Ensure partners adhere to defined contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with the team to design and implement a comprehensive training plan for the Sales Team related to FS cash-in.
Coordinate with local Trade Marketing and Financial Services Partners for successful sales campaigns.
Provide support to the Sales Force during specific complex negotiations involving financial services.
Oversee the achievement of overdue recovery targets.
Implement Company Credit Management procedures according to local requirements and HQ guidelines.
Monitor and manage overdue and accounts receivables efficiently.
Coordinate with external consultants and lawyers as needed for credit collection activities.
Ensure accurate reporting and analysis of credit and financial services performance.
Professionally manage credit risk analysis, approval, and collection processes.

What you should bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
Proven experience in financial services, credit collection, and risk management.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Multilingual abilities and international business experience are advantageous.
