A day in the life of a Financial Controller m/f/d

Attached to the CFO, join a dynamic team and carry out the following missions:

Monthly

Establish turnover and customer invoicing
Analyze the performance of the company by studying the deviations of results from budgets and objectives
Carry out the internal control of the revenue cycle
Supervise the collection of customer receivables and follow up on outstanding customers

Budget / Forecast:

Establish year-end forecasts based on budgets, corrected for the events of the current period
Audit
Be the interlocutor of the auditors on revenue cycles
Apply IFRS15 standards for income

Tasks

Be the business partner of Budget Holders / Project Directors
Set up Key Performance Indicators to help management make decisions
Set up reporting tools for the management of the entity and the general management
Anticipate drifts, take corrective actions
Check that these corrective actions have the expected effects
Determine areas of optimization and help operational managers and management understand gross margin

Your profile

Accounting training, you have at least 4 years of experience in management control or audit. You master the techniques of IFRS standards.

You can make a difference if you also have:

A mastery of the office pack, in particular Excel
the ability to be autonomous and take initiative
The drive to constantly seek new ways to learn, grow and adapt when needed.
Good written and oral communication skills in English and French (reading, writing, speaking) with regard to the international and multicultural context of the agency (DG based in the UK, operational teams Worldwide)
