ALHIST

Healthcare Digital & IT (HC D&IT) organization (hosted in the legal unit “ALHIST”) was set-up on January 1st, 2021 to support this strategy. HC D&IT develops and distributes a suite of digital solutions.

For the Homecare branch, as part of our drive to be as patient-centric as possible, we have launched a new program

As part of the digital transformation of our operating model, we plan to deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP software internationally in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?

1. Build the Core Solution

You will be:

an expert in the implementation of the related workflows (accounting, management control, fixed asset management, treasury, budget management, consolidation, bank reconciliation, etc.).
the main point of contact for the Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) and work closely with the Internal Control BPO to ensure that the roles and tasks assigned to users are properly segregated in accordance with the internal procedures defined by the Group.

As a product expert, you will support them in their operational and strategic considerations with the aim of continuously developing the "core model" and the associated "core solution".

2. Roll-Out the Core Solution

As part of the country roll-outs, you will act as the "D365" (Product Manager) reference for the scoping, design, production, integration, acceptance and deployment phases of the solution.

In particular, you will manage the integrator selected for your technical and functional areas of responsibility.

3. Enhance continuously the Core Solution

Once the D365 solution has been deployed, you will qualify all Change Requests relating to your areas of expertise, always with a view to operational efficiency:

What tech and functional skills does the position require?

5-8 years of experience in similar position and (significant experience -over 2 years- in implementing associated digital solutions)
Microsoft Dynamics AX & 365 F&O expertise, for the "Finance" modules
Proven track record in modeling the "record to report" process,
Management skills
Have worked in an "OffShore" (or even "Nearshore") / "Onshore" model,
Agile organizations (project and product model) knowledge
Being a team player, able to work closely with your peers and the various stakeholders involved in the projects you're assigned,
Being autonomous, willing to guide the business organization in making operational priority choices, building a product identity and associating it with a long-term strategic vision,
Familiar with international contexts and speak fluent English and French.
