Job Description:


MISSION


The mission is in the department of “Digital transformation” in charge of IT activities as well as the strategy and deployment of the digital transformation within ATR


Main Department missions are:



Defining and implementing digital strategy to address operational priorities and to develop ATR business
Managing Information Technology (IT), application, standards, and infrastructure of ATR including its subsidiaries
Managing ATR Cyber Security, maintenance of hardware and software tools and user support.
Managing data scientist / BI activities

The Digital Transformation direction is based on 4 pillars: IS ARCHITECTURE (DI), SUPPORT/SAP (DU), DIGITAL PROJECT (DP), DATA ANALYTICS (DA).


ACTIVITIES


The need is:



 On management of Digital Project (DP) Services and Team
 To contribute to pilot Digital Project implementation for D

  Special attention will be paid to the ability to bring new ways of working, to be able to find and use innovative solutions from the market. Creativity and Proactivity is mandatory.



Main activities will be:


HEAD OF:



Relays the strategic vision and ensures its operational transformation
Establish the “DP” activities strategy in support to D manager
Participate to the OP content definition / budget
Supervises his / her team (s) for the purpose of economic performance in accordance with management's objectives in terms of costs, deadlines and quality and in respect of the means made available (human, financial, etc.)
Ensures the management of the workload plan, the planning of activities and the resources (staff and skills) assigned to its scope in accordance with the objectives and priorities of the management and stakeholders
Supervises, guarantees the deliverables of his team
Contributes to the development and is responsible for monitoring its budget within its scope of activities
Ensures the reporting of results and KPIs for its scope of activities
Supervises the risk management of its perimeter: Proposes and guarantees the implementation of preventive and corrective actions
Ensures the sizing of its team in terms of resources (workforce, skills, etc.) in accordance with management objectives
Manage his / her teams in accordance with the Leadership model and ATR values
Mobilize and train his / her team (s) by setting collective and individual objectives in line with the strategy and by valuing the collective and individual contribution
Ensures conflict management, in particular by not letting situations degenerate, and by finding solutions
Encourages and values ​​innovation and initiatives within the team
Contributes to the development of the skills of his / her teams, in particular through training
Manages the cascading of information (up & down) on its perimeter

PROJECTS:



Follow-up of Digital Project (with a technical IT perspective) to be launched vs OP of the year
Report to Digital Transformation HoF “D” Monthly activities
actions and individual and collective development actions giving them opportunities to progress
Ensures the relationship and coordination with the various customer and partner services.
In support to business directorate, drumbeat of Digital Project
With your IT expertise, integrate IT constraints (Cyber security, Infrastructure, Architecture, …) inside digital projects specifications (RFP, SOW …) 
Support implementation of solutions adapted to directorates needs and operational,
Coordinate the various internal actors concerned until Go Live,
With the Digital Project Team, participation to the CAB (Change Activity Board) to define Change implementation roadmap with ATR INFOGERANC,
Ability to build trust, good interpersonal skills, pedagogy, curiosity

PROFILE


- IT more than 8 years’ Experience
- English Fluent


- A knowledge of ATR Business environment is a plus.


Technical Skills



Knowledge of different computer languages, including PHP, Python, Angular,
Knowledge on GITLAB + construction tools (example: Jenkins, Team Foundation Server) as well as virtualization / image tools such as Docker, Kubernetes or Vagrant Knowledge on Software containers,
Knowledge on Project Management, Portfolio Project Management solution (ex: Orchestra, Trello,  ...)
Knowledge on Visual Management Solutions (ex: iOBEYA, KLAXOON …)
Monitoring and alerting tools,
Configuration management tools.
Knowledge around digital transition,
Knowledge on change management

Soft Skills

Faculties of advanced analysis

Specific constraints
Some travels can be requested for event or sharing with ATR partners (~4/year max)
