The Product Manager is responsible for a portfolio of products throughout their entire life cycle, including user needs gathering, product backlog management, market trend analysis, product trajectory, build, transition to support, operations, continuous improvement and decommissioning.
Key Accountabilities
The Product Manager is the main entry point for the business and the project management team.
He/she will develop and manage services as a product across their entire lifecycle for this perimeter by:
Establishing a long-term vision for products in the portfolio, integration business strategy, vendor roadmaps and technical constrains
Continuously reviewing existing services and proactively influencing towards simplifying / rationalizing both processes and IT ecosystems
Developing internal technical surveillance to manage dependencies and anticipate potential rationalization thanks to our transversal transforming programs
Building new services: technical solution selection, costing, recommended pricing, recommended SLA
Effectively collaborating with third party products teams, architecture, tech lead, internal delivery squad and the business to maximize business value throughout the delivery cycles,
Operationally manage the Product team / squads
Performing market research and benchmarks
Developing technical surveillance / market watch
Education/Qualifications
Master degree (BAC+5 or equivalent) with a proven experience of 5 to 10 years in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Product management experience mixing third party and internal developments
Strong exposure to Digital eco-system (Multi-Country/Multi-Language Content Management System, Document Management System, eSignature, Data for Digital)
Experience managing a Customer Relationship Management product
Experience in partnering with marketing and sales business lines in a financial context
Strong Vendor Management skills
