Thought leadership in defining the type of interaction required, the level of automation and the investment required on those moments that will make the difference for the customer (fully automated workflows, minimize manual intervention)
Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities and ensure funding to deliver is available
Work closely with the other Product owners (Cross product) to align, create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
Interface into CTIO/Technology to understand how technology can help delivering the experience, but also optimise and enhance this experience in the future
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with Access product strategy
Lead the srcum teams and provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and developments for the product
Lead in collaboration with the product owners the planning for SDWAN product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Ensure that APIs exposed externally are aligned with market standards (TM forum, MEF 3.0)
Ensure the Security of API is kept updated with market standards
Manage the full API lifecycle of SDWAN service from concept introduction to market availabilit
Deep understanding of market, commercial and technical expertise
Creative thinker with a vision
Skills in applying Agile Principles to Portfolio Management and IT developments
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills and attention to details
Consultative enablement bridge between Technology, CTIO, DDSO
Vendor-specific domain knowledge and deep understanding of BT technologies
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders such as: the vertical MD’s, DDSO MD’s, procurement, Legal, external suppliers and TSO
Strong influencing skills
SDWAN Technical certications will be a plus
Devops and LSO (Lifecycle Service Orchestration) models knowledge
