We are looking for a

Product Manager - permanent contract

For a new strategic product line in the capital equipment space, Coloplast Interventional Urology is looking for a Product Manager downstream to take the product from creation/development phase to launch excellence.

Major Areas of Accountability

Be product expert and crucial link with R&D, sales, production, medical & supply chain
Collaborate with sales and comex teams worldwide to develop services and value added solutions
Drive KOL management together with clinical department
Build and communicate marketing launch campaign for delivery to affiliates
Surveys & analyses the related markets and proposes strategy in accordance with these markets as with the company’s objectives.

Required skills and experience

Master’s degree or equivalent with medical or business background.
3/5 years relevant experience in a similar function, medtech sector preferred
Previous launch experience in the medtech capital equipment space preferred
Affiliate experience
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Excellent communication and relation skills
Very fluent in English and French
Strong business acumen
Sales orientation or exposure to working with a high performing salesforce is very helpful
Master Microsoft office package
Curiosity and agility
