Product Line Manager

Join us as a Product Line Manager in France, supporting the Outdoor Wireless Networks Business Unit team in a client-facing role.  You will partner with hardworking colleagues by bringing groundbreaking technology to the market through understanding customer needs and turning them into CommScope end-to-end Integrated Solutions.

How You'll Help us Connect The World

Develop new outdoor infrastructure solutions and incorporate desired customer requirements in product roadmaps.
Introduce, generate and support opportunities with current and new customers for our outdoor wireless telecommunication structures.
Provide sales proposal support, ownership of tenders response and preparation, input to product strategy, pricing, product requirements and roadmap development based on market, customer and future market needs.
Use market knowledge and trends insights to co-develop a GTM expansion strategy in France, supporting end-to-end technical responsibility, prioritization and solution mapping.
Act as customer’s trusted advisor to help capture and incorporate their needs in our designs and solution offering and support customer trials.
Partner with Engineering and R&D on product developments, priorities, budgets, and timelines in close collaboration with our businesses co-developing new solutions.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Completion of an engineering degree in structural engineering in the mechanical or civil fields with an experience tailored to the telecommunication industry
5 + years experience in mobile telecommunications, telecom site deployments, cabinet and enclosure solutions.
Fluent in French and English speaking/reading/writing

You Will Excite Us If You Have

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering
Product Line Manager experience in the field with relevant PLM training and methodology
Solid understanding of local telecommunications, electrical and power, safety, environmental requirements
Competitor background and understanding, familiar with CommScope Integrated and/or OWN solutions
Experience in the wireless telecommunications industry with particular focus on poles, towers, cabinets, enclosures, concealment solutions and power.
Familiarity with telecommunication structures and cabinets solutions in France, from CommScope and incumbent suppliers.
Established network of contacts, market awareness and knowledge in trends, major players.
