About the role
--------------

As Product Owner & Technical Project Manager at ConsenSys you will be the privileged interface between our tech team and corporate clients or governments in the delivery of complex softwares. Your job will be to craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction. You track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate clients needs to free up our engineers so they can focus their time and attention on the technical problems they are best equipped to solve.

This position requires a combination of project management, fast paced execution, process optimization, as well as problem solving & creativity. It involves leading client interactions, collaborating with cross-functional teams (made of developers, solution architects, designers, QA consultants, DevOps engineers...), working on multiple types of problems and challenges as well as being the first responder when things go wrong.

Job requirements

Required

3+ years experience in managing technical software projects in agile environment Strong experience as an agile product owner including redacting clear & exhaustive user stories as well as proactively maintaining a product backlog Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English Regular user of common agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, GitLab board, Kanban... Bonus points for

Blockchain/DLT project implementation experience - ideally Ethereum based Having worked in a startup as well as in a big corporate environment Technology industry experience (Tech Startups, Fintech products, Google, Microsoft...) Some travel could be required. Projects may be on client sites, so our team members need to be flexible and up for travel.
