The Digital Product Management Associate for Digital Technology at Coty provides a unique opportunity to join the eCommerce digital product management group as part of a growing digital technology team.  Coty is a multi-brand, global business.   This role is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, and platforms and for building, deploying & maturing digital products that transform the way we do business.


To effectively transform the business, this role requires technology, analytical, process knowledge, and business acumen. You will influence decisions on marketing strategy, platform strategy, customer engagement to deliver exceptional user experience on our digital products.


THE ROLE


In this role you will be responsible for:



Partnering with cross functional teams – Engineering, Marketing & Merchandising, CRM, Analytics, Operations, etc. teams to optimize feedback and prioritize product roadmaps that drive revenue growth and adoption.
Establishes strong, effective, and collaborative partnerships with key business area leaders, project managers and subject matter experts to identify specific business opportunities or to address business needs or problems and help build effective solutions.
Through strong commercial awareness, identify and recommend opportunities to enhance multi-brand digital capabilities that improve business performance and customer experience. And then, applying those capabilities across brand sites.
Own a product management function (i.e., acquisition, conversion, retention) and continuously find ways to create differentiation and competitive advantages as you define and iterate the digital product roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Develop the metrics and reporting capabilities to tell a story, effectively present and influence senior leaders and business stakeholders on innovative digital solution recommendations.
Implement effective multivariate A/B testing & journey mapping methodologies that continuously improve the buyer experience and exceeds KPI targets.
Manage the process of feature/function/tool requests and prioritization by leveraging ROI data analysis, user journey mapping, and other drivers.
Always thinks with the mind of the end customer, ensuring solutions seek to improve the customer experience and delight their customers.

 QUALIFICATIONS


We’d love to see candidates who have:


Essential:



Strong technical background, through hands-on experience and/or formal education. You are familiar with modern web development practices and technologies, the phases of product development/management lifecycle, testing/validation, implementation and launch plans.
You have 3-5+ years of experience delivering value in digital product management, DTC eCommerce or an interrelated discipline, doing business analysis, market/user research, vendor management, technical product management, owning a roadmap, project delivery & risk management.
Manage the product roadmap prioritization, using data and reporting to prioritize the features and functionality that drive business growth.
Strong leadership skills and ability to independently manage a portfolio of products end-to-end. You have a track record of successful product deliveries, collaborating with employee, and vendor/contract resources in achieving the scope of product roadmap goals.
You have experience in organizing, researching, and analysing customer needs. You bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring we are building the right products with a combination of vision, market/user/competitor research and usage metrics.
Fluency with the customer journey mapping, behaviours and expectations that drive engagement, conversion, and retention in direct-to-consumer eCommerce and can speak to the opportunities and challenges of interconnected SaaS platforms, App marketplaces, plug-in’s, etc.
Experience in building a change culture through stakeholder management, operational readiness and buy-in with strong communication across channels and levels.
You will build consensus across a wide range of partners including business stakeholders, technology operations, legal & compliance, marketing & sales.
You demonstrate a strong sense of accountability as a product owner by keeping the customer at the forefront of the data-driven decision-making process.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and writing technical specs as well as knowledge of UX and best practices.
Strong and natural ability in the English language, with specific understanding and usage of ecommerce, IT and digital marketing terminology.
