Overview
As a part of our Product team, the self-service team strives to help marketers activate Criteo’s advertising solutions and tailor them to the clients’ marketing needs. Leveraging our web-based portal, we build on the promises of self-service to best serve thousands of Criteo’s clients. We enable them to experience Criteo key assets, to explore how efficiently engaging with their audience and to smoothly execute the campaigns based on their goals. In this context, the Self-Service Product team is seeking an experienced product manager to own the vision, the strategy and the execution of several initiatives.
What you’ll do
You will work backward from users’ needs and business growth opportunities to transform marketers’ experience when interacting with Criteo through our UI platform.You will own the product roadmap with accountability on the business outcome, iterate and make the necessary trade-offs.You will drive a cross-functional product team across Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing and Go-to-market to deliver superior end-to-end user flows, including both back-end services and user controls.You will become an expert of Criteo product offering, as well as our competitor’s offering.
Who you are
5+ years of experience in Product Management in a data-driven organization.Experience of building self-service products from the ground up.Experience in AdTech or MarTech preferred.Direct marketer and/or agency relationship experience preferred.
Ability to identify customer needs, to understand why to address these and to define the relevant product.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives and stakeholders across the company. You can quickly create simple, precise and concise Product documents, and can present them to a wide audience.Comfortable working with UX designers or having technical conversations with R&D teamsComfortable retrieving and digging into data, whether by leveraging user behavior information or running SQL queries (or are open to learn how to).Pragmatic, you like pushing your ideas to the end.Ability to negotiate and influence within a complex organization to achieve your goals.Smart, fast-learning, and willing to wear multiple hats to deliver the products.Fluent in English with the written and spoken proficiency.Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
