The products and solutions help to improve the business performance of customers; travel agencies, corporations, airlines, ground handlers, hotels, railways, car rental companies, airports, cruise lines and ferry operators. The newly created Reservation and Ticketing Department (RTK), grouping Reservation & Ticketing portfolios, has the objective to secure the current business and revenues ( >350m/year), as well as to contribute to the definition of the new airline platform. It leads the strategic product evolution and business development of Booking & Ticketing portfolio, delivering product expertise and functional support in this key area.

Project scope:

Assess business requirements on the end to end selling flow (Reservation, fares & pricing, ticketing) from airline customers and document them in Statements of Requirements Work closely with Development counterparts to recommend priorities and define product releasing plan for new products or enhancements, as well as product plan/ Roadmap and Long-term plan Perform analysis of customer requirements versus potential solutions in order to identify potential gaps Follow the development of the product with development teams Monitor product acceptance, product performance and customer satisfaction Provide documentation to support sales and training teams Give presentations, demos and familiarisation sessions to customer Contribute to RFP/RFI / upsells and to Value Proposition Provide assistance and expert support to customers on products Contribute to the definition of the new airline platform based on the new One Order standards, thanks to your expertise in Reservation and / or Ticketing

Competence demands:

Experience in the travel industry, especially in airlines Experience in Product Management Sizings challenge capability : Experienced Knowledge of Reservation and/or Ticketing and/or fares Excellent English language skills Multicultural approach Ability to travel when required
