We are looking for a Product Pricing Manager to join our Product and Solutions team. In this role, you will develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize growth and profitability of our newest solutions including IQ, Carbon as well as our Private Equity and Sustainable Finance offering and other product innovations.

The New Solutions team is responsible for the development, launch and implementation of new products and services within EcoVadis solutions portfolio. With its historical solution, EcoVadis Ratings for Procurement, EcoVadis has revolutionized the way large organizations and their procurement departments are addressing sustainable development issues in their supply chain. Building on this success, our New Solutions team expands its reach and impact to other markets by diversifying EcoVadis solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities :

1-Pricing strategy development
- Develop and execute pricing strategy with IQ, Carbon and New Solutions teams to maximize short-term and long-term objectives of growth and profitability.
- Manage growth and profitability metrics, and identify improvement opportunities at package, solution, geography, or feature level.
- Tracks changing market conditions, leading macroeconomic indicators, and other metrics (inflation, competitors' pricing, customer buying patterns) to proactively drive pricing changes.
- Contribute to IQ, Carbon and New Solutions P&L and Business Plans, helping in setting & monitoring targets and increasing revenues and profitability.

2-Pricing strategy execution
- Coordinate with Product teams, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, Salesforce teams the execution of the Pricing strategy.
- Collect feedback from Frontline (Sales, Customer Success, Services of Engagement, Solutions Consulting) on Pricing, build required pricing documentation and objection handling material.
- Analyze discount levels for packages, solutions, geographies, features, and provide discount recommendations.
- Analyze financial impact of pricing changes.

- Bachelor's degree required in business, economics, science, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, understanding of pricing strategies and concepts, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing documentation.
- 5+ years relevant prior business experience (e.g. pricing, revenue optimization, finance, sales, marketing).
- Experience or interest in Sustainability.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate effectively to execution planning.
- Strong financial focus and acumen to drive profitable choices.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical abilities - Data analysis, Metrics creation and Decision modeling- ability to collect, analyze and interpret data and Develops, implements, and monitors key performance indicators and metrics, Develops models to test hypotheses and understand the potential impacts of decisions under various scenarios.
- Commercial mindset (customer centric) - Market and product - ability to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of product components, design, features and benefits when communicating product features or design and tailoring the message to meet customer needs.
- Multitasking & prioritization - ability to handle several responsibilities, work under time constraints, adapt to rapidly changing events and environments, judge priorities, keep track of details.
- Manage execution of strategy through and with others : ability to listen, interact well with others, quickly establish rapport, build relationships, and take account of the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- English fluent, other language is a plus.
