Responsibilities

Some of the most well-known companies in the world reduce their impact on the environment and
improve their workers’ health and safety using Enablon, and they rely on great business intelligence
tools to identify the actions which will have the most impact.

You’ll need to have great user experience skills to ensure you’re providing an elegant solution to the right problem You’ll need to be comfortable working with large data-sets to be able to design the solution which can slice, dice and consolidate reams of data in the blink of an eye. You’ll need to build relationships with end-users, implementation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure you understand their needs and get regular feedback from them. You’ll need to be great at explaining the product vision and inspiring those around you to do their best work

Your main goals will be to build upon the action-oriented operational dashboards which help our
users understand what they need to do when they need to do it and to build out the tools which help
implementation partners and clients define and refine those dashboards.

Overview of responsibilities:

Deliver on the product vision ; Work with the product manager and other stakeholders to deliver the product vision ; Inspire and drive the agile team to develop great product ; Define and refine the product and sprint backlogs ; Work with the agile team to address issues and decide on the right trade-offs ; Understand the user personas ; Perform on-site visits, interviews, workshops to understand end-user needs and context of use ;
Perform a regular cadence of demos with internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions ;
Work with other agile teams within Enablon ;

Ensure the other product owners understand the latest dashboard innovations and know how to benefit from them.

Qualifications & skills

We’re looking for someone who has experience of designing or implementing solutions using BI tools
like Tableau, Spotfire or QlikSense / QlikView.

If you have an admiration for the work of Edward Tufte, Jakob Nielsen and Mike Bostock, we think
we have an interesting challenge for you.

Beyond that, we’re looking for a pro-active and organized individual, who thrives in a fast-paced and
dynamic environment. Here at Enablon we value winning and celebrating successes together, but
you will also need to take ownership, set priorities and work with minimal guidance to be able to
drive the entire product process and maximize business value.

You should have a proven track record of successfully launching software products and experience as
an agile product owner.

As we operate in an international environment, with most of our team spread over Paris and
Chicago, you will need to be fluent in French & English.

Travel requirements :

Occasional travelling to customers, training and workshops.
