Facebook seeks an experienced Product Marketing professional with strong background in growth or direct marketing to drive product growth within Southern Europe on the EMEA team. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial and have experience working with Marketing, PR and Sales (direct and indirect) to drive product and platform adoption in a fast paced Internet or online marketing company. You must thrive with cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent critical thinking and digital marketing skills. You must also have experience influencing senior stakeholders in a highly matrix organization. This is a full-time position, based in Paris. The successful candidate must have strong experience and knowledge of the brand advertising ecosystem. Ideally the candidate will have product marketing experience within a large media owner or brand and/or worked closely with creative agencies and media agencies. He or she must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company to drive results. Additionally, he or she must be data-driven and knowledgeable about the needs of brand advertisers.PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER, FASHION & LUXURY (SOUTHERN EUROPE) RESPONSIBILITIESTo be a product/platform expert and advocate in your regionPartner with Regional Sales leadership and other cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth for our advertising solutions across the Fashion and Luxury Industry in Southern EuropeDrive product adoption growth using levers such as cross-functional partners, our external marketing partners, communications and PR, thought leadership, and traditional marketing & eventsOperate at scale, while recognising the need for one to one interactions to build our narrativeSupport and feedback global Product experts to land new products effectively in marketTrain and empower cross-functional teams to be regional product championsDevelop half year growth plans to support regional revenue targetsBe an ambassador for your region on all things product within the team and regionPartner with internal teams to lead product projects critical to driving growth for your regionLead and Execute the go-to-market strategy for Southern EuropeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS5+ years professional experience in marketing, advertising, measurement, or business/sales operationsHas demonstrated product marketing expertise in the web and mobile advertising and the ability to contribute at strategic and tactical levelsBrings solid perspective on digital marketing, and the Fashion and Luxury industryProject management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategyStrong analytical skills and desire to solve complex problems with dataTrack record of influencing behavior at variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managersEntrepreneurial background and strong technical background an advantageStrong customer service orientation and experience in a client facing capacityIdentified passion for Facebook products and platforms (Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp)Excellent communication and presentation skillsIs a flexible cross-functional team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environmentAbility to frequently travel to Spain and ItalyFacebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
