The Product Owner is responsible for designing, implementing and developing the product for which he is responsible as part of the strategy defined by the Head of Product and the rest of the company.
As a product owner, you will:
Define the product roadmap Define and formalize the product strategy according to the company's development plan. Collect user's needs: organize customer’s workshops and animates focus groups in order to specify the user cases and functional rules. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. Design and implement the product and its iterations Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. Work hand-in-hand with the Senior UX Product Designer to elaborate the best user experience and product design. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Analyze and optimize conversion Develop and monitor the relevant performance KPI, analyze customer feedbacks. Performance analysis, create the appropriate dashboards, share feedbacks and recommendations. Propose optimization and development recommendations along with other teams Benchmark best practices on the market and analyze customer feedback.Support Marketing, CS and Sales teams Track client drivers in collaboration with account managers and organize feedback points to validate deployment of the feature. Organize the product go-to-market plan or its major functionalities in collaboration with the marketing team (pilots, calendar / contents).Transmission of all the elements necessary for the training of the users and the handling by the customer support.
