Product Manager




We are looking for a Product Manager to work on Fieldwire’s backend services and growth initiatives. As a Product Manager, you will successfully contribute to the growth of an industry-leading jobsite management product for general contractors and subcontractors around the world. We expect you to develop a deep understanding of the construction industry, our business, and the broader market, and to leverage that knowledge to help us change the 12 trillion dollar global construction industry. Fieldwire is at the start of its journey to change the construction industry and needs passionate, talented people to join us in achieving that mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define, drive, and execute product roadmaps for our backend services team, including growth funnel optimization, integrations, and data security
Lead a product development team on a day-to-day basis through the entire development lifecycle
Deliver clear and thoughtful documentation that can be easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
Partner with Design, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to discover, design, validate and launch new products and features
Develop a deep understanding of the construction industry through market research and customer interviews



At Fieldwire, we’re looking for our next Product Manager to have the following skills, experiences, and qualities:

Engineering degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of software product management experience
Full professional fluency in French and English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualitative and quantitative skills to inform decision-making and measure outcomes
Strong technical acumen; passion for technology solutioning, api-first platform solutioning preferred
Passion for usability, design, and customer experiences
Ability to enable high velocity product development teams
Proven track record of collaborating with Design and Engineering to build impactful viable, valuable, and lovable user-centric products
