INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER ENTERAL NUTRITION (M/F)

Fluent in English / Fluency in another European language would be appreciated – French is not mandatory.

The position will report to the Director of Enteral Nutrition and Homecare services at the CCO level.

Focusing on the development of the product range by providing support to the our subsidiaries in the Commercial & Strategy Organization:

Ø You will participate in the elaboration of the range strategy, actions and tactics and coordinate its implementation at CCO and Country level

Ø You will be in close contact with the local Marketing teams and provide operational support to the Product Managers in the subsidiaries:

Ø You will coordinate the range initiatives and be the interface with the different departments of the Headquarter (Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Intelligence…)

Ø You will follow up the performance of your range within the CCO team (sales analysis, market positioning, competitor’s activities, supply situations…), understanding the drivers and recommending initiatives

Ø You will organize and animate the international Marketing meetings with the Countries marketing teams

Ø You will participate and support preparation of relevant international and local Congresses to stay updated on scientific and competitive environment and to share this update with subsidiaries.

You will Manage information flows between Market Units and Business Unit Clinical Nutrition (various surveys, requests, workshops, Regional Newletters…)

Market Analysis: collaborate with different market units and other regions, update on market evolution and trends

Budget Responsibility: All decisions and recommendations taken may have economic impact for the company

Experience and Academic qualifications:

· Scientific Degree or Business level education with a marketing or business background.

· Proven experience as Product Manager in the health industry (3 to 5 years)

· Experience in Enteral Nutrition would be appreciated.

· Ability to manage a wide range of products and complex portfolio would be a real plus.

· International experience is appreciated but not mandatory.

· With excellent communication skills, dynamic, dedicated, and a proactive team player.

· Enjoy challenges in an international environment and are available to travel frequently in our subsidiaries.
