In 2022, IDEMIA, a multinational technology company leader in identity services invested heavily into OPPSCIENCE, to rapidly grow our business internationally, and found our cutting-edge product offering: Spectra. We are therefore investing heavily in developing our product to continuously deliver value. You will be part of a Product Team, contributing directly to our core product to bridge the technical and business worlds and design services that our customers love.

What’s your new role about?

You will be your own CEO on your own product. You will be focused at identifying the product that OPPSCIENCE needs and successfully deliver it from conception to customer use.

The ideal product manager will therefore have a mixture of technical and communication skills, so you can drive the life of an entire product. You will interact with the entire company & clients to discover your products and work regularly with our Engineering team to deliver them.

As our new Product Manager you’ll have the opportunity to:

Understand OPPSCIENCE’s strategy and market, and use it to shape future products based on customer research
Own the roadmap for part of the product portfolio: you will be responsible of your own products, working with relatively everyone in the company, as well as external stakeholders to discover and assess product opportunities
Turn ideas into further products, ideally MVPs, develop and validate product assumptions
Be responsible for the full development lifecycle
Assess and address technical risks
Partner with the engineering team, including developers, engineers, architects, and quality assurance to deliver high quality product within agreed timescales
Breakdown and prioritsze product features through a backlog to make priorities clear to our engineering team
Deliver new products and enhance existing ones

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

2+ years of meaningful Product experience
Platform integration experience
You have a good knowledge of the standard Product Management methodologies and tools
You have a strong business acumen, and a good technical understanding, so that you can help your team prioritise technological investments, tech debt reduction, bugs and new features
You understand and can analyse data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
You have strong analytical and organisation skills, you're able to meet deadlines, and you pay attention to detail
