IC Test Development Engineer (f/m/div)*



Job description

As an IC Test Development Engineer, you are responsible for providing production testing solutions and support us in the development and improvement of complex test solutions for new power products. Therefore, you will be involved in test concept and specification, development and documentation of the test package, including transfer to the production sites.
In your new role you will be responsible for:

Defining, developing and optimizing production test software and hardware for automotive products
Keeping a close cooperation with the IC design team

Planning, running and coordinating test projects

Developing innovative testing methods (e.g. DfT, test circuits)

Analyzing, debugging and characterizing new products,

Writing and optimizing test program code and test methods to improve quality and efficiency
Supporting and working closely together with production sites in Europe and Asia


Creating test concepts to minimize test time and optimize cost for high volume products, ramp-up support
Verifying the performance of new test equipment

Analyzing internal customer requirements and perform feasibility studies



Your profile

You are a highly innovative, creative and open-minded person with a great team spirit and willingness to cooperate closely with international and cross-functional integrated project teams. With your proactive, analytical and autonomous working style you are able to solve problems fast and with high-quality.
You will be a better fit if you have:
A master degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering


Some professional experience in IC test development engineering within the semiconductor industry
Professional experience with mixed signal IC testing on automated test equipment

Experience on Advantest 93k and/or Teradyne Flex/Microflex would be a huge plus

Programming skills, e.g. VBA, C++
Experience or skills in data analysis, statistical methods and tools

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced level of French and English
Willing to travel, if needed, to different Infineon development and production sites
