The Product Owner is responsible for defining the features and characteristics of a product in cooperation with respective PM or individually.
Responsibilities
Responsible for a product, product line or combination of products realization and follow up.
Contribute and implement the strategic development of the product line
Be involved in and consolidate the budget related work for the product line
Create market requirement analysis, conduct comparative analysis against competitors and provide strategic planning of product direction and features
Drive configuration for the product line (supported by PM administration)
Owns and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most important requirements are always being worked on. Refine its contents on an ongoing basis.
Develop and communicate the product vision together with the value proposition of the software.
Clarify requirements when questions arise and review the work results using the agreed-upon “done” criteria.
Actively works to propose improvements.
Accepts or rejects work results.
Leader and member of the team. Represents the team in front of stakeholders.
Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Key Skills, Competencies and Experience required
Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of company and its related industry
Strong product knowledge, RF/technical knowledge
Strong customer focus and end-user understanding
General Social Skills
Passionate and self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and independently.
Team player capable to interact efficiently within multi-disciplinary engineering team.
Pragmatic approach to problem solving.
“Can-Do” attitude to overcome any kind of challenges.
Ability to take full ownership of his tasks and Projects.
Annual salary revisions
28 or 33 holidays per year
38.75 work hours per week (flexible hours)
Healthcare: 1 100 SEK/ calendar year then free as per Swedish Social Welfare laws
