Overview

Senior Product Manager, QuickBooks Online France, is responsible for helping drive the QuickBooks product strategy, offering portfolio and priorities in France.

Responsibilities

Deeply understand customers and their pain points through methods such as “follow-me-to-the-office” visits and in-depth interviews Be hands-on with our products and hold a high bar for quality Know our competitors, their offerings and how our offerings compare Drive customer empathy, product expertise and competitive awareness throughout the France team Deliver winning offerings by providing France requirements to PMs on central teams as well as working directly with an EMEA development team to implement French-specific functionality Evangelize the needs of the French market to leaders and product teams in France, UK and the United States (California)

Qualifications

Proven track record in a Product Management Leadership role designing and delivering world-class solutions that have delighted customers and driven business growth Experience working on web (Saas) and mobile offerings that target small businesses or consumers; accounting experience a plus; QuickBooks experience a plus Track record of developing awesome product leaders Passionate about unearthing customer insights to guide product solutions Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, locations and cultures to deliver a delightful end-to-end customer experience Outstanding analytical skills, demonstrated by strategies and roadmaps, backed by solid business cases Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a track record of gaining the confidence of your team and senior management Hands-on, hard-working, scrappy and even-keeled - energized by the challenge of winning in new markets Ability to travel to the United States and the UK 2-3x a year Technical degree or MBA a plus
