About the Role :
With the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the support of an intern, you will be responsible to support running Malt’s websites and landing pages, and executing the strategy set for their further development, including:
The integration of Comatch brand in Malt website - Reviewing key messages and navigation paths following the acquisition of Comatch.
Maintenance and evolution of the Resources Center, interacting with multiple stakeholders (agency, marketing, community, product and techteams).
Support of the acquisition team on the creation and optimization of landing pages & lead magnets.
Support the continuing improvement of our digital assets: in collaboration with the Product squad Acquisition, help define strategy, plan execution and monitor impacts (A/B testing, followup on macro indicators session to sign up/lead generation); suggest any improvements to the plan based on the data.
Be responsible to support the marketing and community teams in our European offices in publishing and updating content on Malt’s websites (Corporate, Resources center, Career, etc).
Troubleshooting issues and managing requests related to the websites (user access, new page request, bug, etc).
Help train the team on CMS and website management best practices
About you :
You have a first experience (minimum of 3 years) in digital marketing and web management.
You have a good understanding of web technologies: although you won’t be asked to code, you need to be comfortable using and managing at least one of these CMS (Prismic, Wordpress, Hubspot, etc) and have experience with no-code tools to create websites (eg. Webflow) or page builders.
You have knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, etc.) as you will be asked to help monitoring and analyzing web performances.
Experience with AB testing tool (AB tasty) and Data visualisation (Looker) is a plus.
You have proven experience as a project manager: you are organised and you know how to work with various stakeholders from different teams, how to communicate and prioritize efficiently.
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment and with different experts: brand, content, product marketing, acquisition, data, MarketOps, product, etc.
You are data driven and have good analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluent in French is a plus but not mandatory.
A first zoom call with Hamza, Talent Acquisition Manager.
Then, a second interview with Laurine, Senior Digital Marketing Manager.
A business case to test your knowledge and skills.
A final interview with Ségolène, the CMO.
