MISSIONS

Part of the Product team and reporting to the Chief Product Officer you will be contributing to the overall strategy of the product alongside with your Design and Engineering counterparts.

One or the core persona of our solution is the HR population. Whether it’s operational HR project managers that handle the administration of the courses, manage the users & do follow-up actions to ensure the courses are on track, or more strategic profiles as HR directors that would like to gather business intelligence about the company employees mindset and the programs KPIs, they play a key role to make sure the programs we implement are a success and bring the most value. They are also close to our buyer persona that promote our solution and make the call to buy MoovOne or not.

In that context, your main objective is to make the platform the most fitted to the HR population. We believe that in 9 months, you will have the opportunity to bring the best dashboard that will change the day to day of our HR users.

As a senior Product Manager you will :

Develop a strong partnership with a Product Designer and a dedicated developers team to ensure the success of the Discovery & Delivery parts of your roadmap

Lead the discovery effort to help the team better understand the actual problems of the HR population & the most fitted solutions to these problems.

Develop a strong proximity with the HR persona by regularly entering in contact with related users & stakeholders.

In partnership with a Product Designer, roll out the best research methods to capture the HR problems to solve.

Discover solutions that will be valuable, usable, feasible & viable.

Prepare the delivery plan for the prioritized items: from the user story mapping & prioritization, to the detailed specifications.

Put in place strategies to maximize the adoption of the product updates to the HR population.

Prepare the Go To market strategy to have the most impactful release

Follow & report the KPI that you chose the most efficient to measure the product success

Foster the development of the team practices.

YOUR PROFILE

You have developed your Product skills with at least 4 years of experience, including an experience in a SaaS and B2B product.

You can easily find your way through data to make informed decisions

You demonstrate a strong aptitude to go out and talk to a various types of stakeholders and manage their expectations

Agile methodologies are no secrets for you

You speak English fluently

You have an experience in HR Tech or L&D
