MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

You’ll be the Product Manager of the product organisation, ensuring a best-in-class environment to maximize fulfillment, efficiency and impact of the product team.

As such, you’ll also be contributing to the new publishing activity as the Product representative. Publishing activity includes all the products developed in partnership with external studios. In that case, you will ensure that internal processes are well adapted to these products and set-up a strong product ownership.You’ll be working closely with the Lead Product to achieve all your objectives.

As the Product Manager of the product organisation, your goal is to build the best environment to manage both the internally developed and published products:

Launch and deploy best-in-class processes in order to make MWM’s Product Team scale with solid bases,

Help Product teams to reach their full potential being a coach on best practices and training them when needed,

Lead the product ownership for publishing products by integrating them in our internal processes,

Design and lead the Onboarding & continuous trainings,
Ensure the adoption and update of the written content on our best practices (PM PlayBook & ToolBox),

Deploy and lead our PM Academy,

Find solutions for an optimal Data Governance,

Ensure a smooth transversal communication inside the Product Team and with all stakeholders,

Find smart solutions to automate repetitive tasks for the Product Managers.

ABOUT YOU

You have at least one previous experience in project management,
You have an engineering background (studies/internships or work experience),
You have a very pragmatic and rational approach to solve problems,
You’re highly independent and you base your work and decisions on data,

Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills both in French and in English.

Even better if:

You have a previous working experience in a start-up environment,
You have basic technical knowledge in the mobile industries: iOS/Android environment, API, release processes etc…
You have already worked with Analytics tools,
You have coding experience allowing you to automate tasks.
