'‘The main tasks and responsibilities for the ecommerce coordinator will include
1) Business Analysis & requirement gathering
• The coordinator will be responsible to work with multiple stakeholders (global, regional and agencies) to gather business requirements and formalize business need
• The Coordinator must be able to synthesize and analyze business requirements and communicate to project teams
• The coordinator is responsible to work with agencies and formalize the customer journey for the digital platform projects
2) Agile Project Management
• The Coordinator is responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, escalation of issues for digital platform projects
• The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth communication in the project team, and, in general, making sure that project roll-out is delivered in budget, on schedule, and within scope.
• The Coordinator is responsible to effectively communicate with cross-functional and ensure project delivery
• The coordinator must have a good grasp on project controls including project charters, project plans, issues/risks registers, RACI’s, dashboards and status updates.
3) Digital Platforms experience and benchmarking
• Competition experience benchmark
• Feature analysis and user experience testing and validation
• Leverage data and analytics , AB tests to define optimal customer experience
