Mission:
Build and manage new innovative digital platforms for NISSAN products and services.
Deliver a unique online Nissan Customer experience - Quality & simplicity for our customers.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Launching multiples innovative digital transformation projects for the NISSAN AMIEO region (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe and Oceania)
Requirement gathering , formalizing and working with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure that digital projects / platforms are delivered in the requested timelines
Customer experience promise digital projects management : website and owner application
Developing UX/UI recommendation for new digital tools and platforms with the support of the digital agency
Defining Nissan Customer contact strategy : touch points, messages and channels (including digital portal/one app)
Leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize the NISSAN online customer journeys
Requirements:
At least 7 years of experience in digital projects
Full professional proficiency in English, French language knowledge is a plus
Experience in managing complex digital transformation projects
